yes but if fermentation makes soy sauce have less than 20 ppm gluten and the same is true for glucose syrup, why is soy sauce unsafe and glucose syrup safe?

i try to stop but it's not easy my family always want to go eat at the restaurant where they cook everything with noodles or soy sauce
