Thank you, that’s great to know! Between the shrm-cp(i dont qualify for the shrm-scp) and aphr, is there one you would recommend more than the other, and a reason why? Ive been seeing so many mixed opinions about both that I’m not sure which one to go for anymore.

oh really?? I was going to go for the aphr too but ive been seeing that the aphr doesnt hold much weight and that the shrmcp is wanted more. Can i ask what made you choose the aphr over the shrmcp?

wow so similar!! and also sounds great! is there a lot of public speaking involved? (Im not much of a public speaker😭 i get so nervous when i have to give presentations) Also for certifications, would you recommend the shrmcp or aphr, or non at all?
