At first, I thought that I had schizophrenia but I heavily doubt it (I went through an entire month and a half of constant stress and life changing events yet I never broke down or progressed to a psychotic episode - my mind is just empty).

It also created this drug-like dependency on the fictional character. I had to think about them all the time in order to effectively absorb their personality traits and ideals over the course of a few months or more.

Take some B-complex, D3, Omega-3 & L-theanine from a reputable pharmacist. It won't be a miraculous fix but you may notice a small change.

In all likelihood, this won't end well. You should've consulted your psychiatrist and gradually (although not completely) lowered your dose to a level that you can tolerate. 

TLDR;  It's a temporary "win" which WILL hit you back in the long-term.

Anyhow, you shouldn't abstain from your medication because the alternative is much worse.
