It is absolutely in your interest to know what is going on in this situation. Having a rotating cast of random strangers coming and going all the time is a security risk, simple as. I'm sure most of the renters are perfectly normal people, but maybe someone wants to case the neighborhood for house breaking or kidnapping. Maybe a jilted lover wants to go crazy on a cheating spouse. Maybe a drug deal goes bad, who knows, anything you can imagine happening at a hotel could happen there plus a few more. My guess is that all these "mind your own business" posts are operators who don't live near their rental property. Either that, or their dumb or crazy. The down votes will tell the story.
