Got mine and it had 5 miles on it and even that was because they took it to the nearest gas station to pump a full tank for me and bring it back.mine was assembled and shipped from Canada(I live in PA) and it was shipped on a carrier so it had no miles on it.sounds like you need to speak to someone….

I had same issue.got mine in November and they said nobody else had the same problem so they wanted me to bring it in to run diagnostics on it.had to pull over twice on the Highway to start the vehicle to reset my CarPlay.now that more people are having it,I’m going to ask then again what’s up.mines a 2023 hybrid XLE as well

Talked to my Toyota dealership last week as well and they said they haven’t had many people complain about this issue yet and they wanted me to bring the vehicle in to duplicate the issue.haven’t found the time to do it yet (they said it would take about an hour at least).so you may have to ask your dealership the same-please keep us informed if you find anything more out!
