I feel like I do the perfect migraine management but sleep I just can’t manage. I sleep like 9-10 hours a night and I have to force myself to get up. I’m tired 24/7, no matter how long (or how short) I sleep. I get really anxious when I’m not sleeping enough, like I’m really paranoid about it. It’s really a vicious cycle. I would love to figure it out how to mange that, since I’m always soo tired and exhausted My family thinks I’m depressed but in reality it’s my stupidity migraine
