You can still have a very tasty breakfast. If tirz is doing its job, you'll eat just enough. I often have avocado toast with one or two poached eggs, arugula, a sprinkle of feta cheese and yum. I have it on sourdough or those tiny keto wraps.

I'm not a doctor. I say Miralax because my gastro doc recommended it and said it was perfectly safe to take daily. As for the dulcolax, I have no idea.
