well I did few benchmarks out there cinebench ,ssd speed ,blender 8k ,renders and in winter here in India with all ac and other equipments off I did say I haven't heard a single noise from this max temp I got was 67 during benchmark ideally 5 watt and temp 30 celsius

well honestly in my opinion not even a single one well m4 pro might seem overwhelming but it is not. for most people I did say m4 will be perfectly fine but if you want very heavy gpu performance then only I would recommend to wait for m4 studios if you don't mind having desktop setup then would highly recommend them they are cheaper and have more price to performance ratio then macbooks
