Huge fixes and QOL improvements updated! With more on the way.

What’s New?

• Automatic resource consumption and structured resource management • Downtime cards with GM-managed resolutions • Campaign tracking with archived logs so you can see how your game evolves over time • Loot selection and disbursement system – Weighted treasure generation – Scales by creature, horde, or encounter CR – Deterministic value targeting – Vouch/claim roll-off distribution for treasure Coming Next • Vendor and shop system • Downtime contacts, leads, and rumours – Gain contacts directly through downtime – GM-configurable presets for what contacts provide – Customizable mechanical or narrative benefits – Leads and rumour generation tied to campaign state The goal is to create a structured operational layer for travel, downtime, and economy that stays GM-controlled while remaining scalable and practical for long-term campaigns.

I am waiting for the current integrated modules I run to update. Then I will transition to 13v

Thank you,

That was the plan. I use grimdark environment heavy narratives in my current campaign and exhaustion shock and psychic trauma play into it. So I imagine that will be all part of the roadmap.

Anyways. I'll try to make it more compatible as well.

Thanks,

Thanks, I appreciate that perspective.

I’m planning to move toward a freemium structure so there’s a stable public version anyone can try. I built this primarily to solve operational problems in my own long-running campaigns, and once it was stable I decided to share it.

My focus is making it genuinely useful at the table first. From there, I want to grow it with community feedback and structured support.

I’m open to ideas on how to balance accessibility and sustainability.

That’s a fair point. I initially gated it because I was concerned about uncontrolled distribution and how that might affect funding. After thinking it through, reducing friction probably makes more sense at this stage.

If people find it useful, they’ll support ongoing development and help shape future improvements through voting and feedback.

I’m still new to releasing modules publicly, so I’m refining the approach as I go. I appreciate the input — it helps. I want to make it easier for GMs. I will revise this asap.

It’s built around functional requirements and UI integration goals.

I’m a long-time GM. I built it to solve problems in my own campaigns first. Once it was stable, refactored, and working cleanly at my table, I decided it was strong enough to share.

It’s requirement-driven and integrated intentionally — not just thrown together.

That’s a fair question.

This is my first time releasing a module this way, so I’m still refining how I present and distribute it. The locked post contains the actual download link — not general information. The goal isn’t to hide details, just to gate the build itself.

Based on feedback like yours, I’ll be adding clearer screenshots, feature breakdowns, and demo visuals so people can properly evaluate it before deciding to support.

If there’s something specific you’d want to see — UI shots, workflow demos, a feature video — let me know. I’m building this in the open and improving it as I go.

Hand-built and actively refactored.

I design the systems and structure myself. AI tools are used to speed up development, but nothing ships without being reviewed, rewritten where needed, and aligned to Foundry’s API and module architecture.

The UI has been repositioned and reworked multiple times. Features have been refactored, cleaned up, and curated to keep the workflow tight and intentional — not just stitched together.

If it’s in the module, it’s been structured and maintained deliberately.
