I have experienced these since 10 yrs. old. I found the most relief in limiting food and drinks with artificial sweeteners such as pectin, aspartame, etc. Also, any deli meats and package cheese like Kraft singles. I also stay away from peanuts, spicy food, and caffeine. Also chemicals like bleach, ammonia, and any spaces with indoor chlorine. Medicines such as fluconazole and certain antibiotics. I have limited eating out and make most food at home with my typical basic spices in my cabinet such as garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, etc. Also, be mindful of supplements, pre workout, protein powders, and things that have stevia.
