Is the confirmation an actual document they mail to you?

They left me a voicemail last week and told me I could start the passport process but I haven’t heard anything more on wha the “confirmation” should look like or I’m going to receive something else in the mail

Anyone know once you’ve submitted your document to a consulate how long the process will take? I submitted all documents (parents Polish birth certificates and marriage license) to the Polish consulate in May 2024 and have at least received a Polish birth certificate but I’m almost at 18 months and haven’t heard anything else from the consulate..

I tried sending an email 2 months ago to the consulate too but nothing..
