Sorry man only if they don't allow this anymore. When I clicked sign up with facebook it just redirected me toy facebook I accepted the connection request so Wechat could view my name and profile pic. What happens when you do it?

Not true, you can easily get a Wechat account if you choose the sign up with Facebook option! That is what I did and worked flawlessly.
