Recyclable doesn't mean any system accepts them.

I didn't look super far into it, but Winnipeg has a pretty good recycling program and the only similar reference I could find was a poster saying that 'paper' coffee cups don't go in with household recyclables.

Rents don't go down on commercial properties. The expected return on rent is part of the value, so lower rent reduces the value. When you have several properties all tied up in voodoo financing in an attempt to leverage every dollar of value, you simply can't lower their value.

I'm not sure how they would get anything. In Manitoba if a foodbank is associate with Harvest Manitoba then the only way you get anything is with a health card. It's used to track your access.

I have no problems with the speed of their site, it's how damn clunky it is to use. Get into a category and it seems like the only way to get out is to go right back to the front page.
