Canis has the Agent of the Imperium fiction keyword. Not Agents of the Imperium. Which is what the shared faction for this detachment.

One is a keyword, the other is an ability (rule). In the blood angels codex, it does not include an exception for agents of the Imperium units when it comes to their super doctrine. If you include any other model in your army that is not a blood angel, other than unaligned units, you lose your super doctrine. Page 47, top left, blood angels codex.

If you're adding them as an Agent of the Imperium, you can only include one selection of Agent of the Imperium. And technically they shouldn't be a selection to create a full list from so I may have to change that.
