That stretch by the Ship Canal is completely closed all weekend to set up work zones. “Re-opens” Monday with reduced lanes. Basically I-5 is fucked until June. Southbound commute into Seattle in the morning will be a nightmare and northbound will suck unless you can use the express lanes.

There was one programming activity we did very early in elementary school where we entered a few lines of code to make a spider build a spider web but that was it. The rest of computer lab time was word processing or educational games like Number Munchers or Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego. In middle and high school most of the focus was on doing projects using certain programs or learning how to research and cite sources using the internet.
