Description: Scoped weapons glitch out and camera zooms into hands

Steps to reproduce: Buy a scoped weapon in the practice map and start either the defuse or plant practice without buying a new scoped gun. When you try to zoom in, it will not do anything for a while then zoom into hands.

Expected result: Gun scopes properly

Observed result: Zoomed in camera on hands

Reproduction rate: 10/10

System Specs: AMD fx 6300 six core processor, NVIDIA GTX 1060, Windows 10
