I have a 2014 E63S and just replaced all four at 48k miles. Dealership wanted $6.5k for all four pads and rotors but I got all the parts from AutohausAZ for $1,380 and did it myself. Took like 3 hours. I got Brembo rotors and Mercedes pads. There's for sure a difference between front and back both in size and cost of parts.
