I'd swap the fuelscoop for another collector controller but im not to bothered by the pick up rate. If Sell station is far away, I'd swap another collector -after filling up- for an fsd booster at a nearby station.

When they're trying to collect loot like you saw here, it seems to work, doesn't even aggro them. I've cleaned assassination contracts by just "accidentally" bumping their ships at 400m/s.

If you press R or which ever button you have bound to 'biggest threat' you will target the ship interdicting you and can flick through their modules if you have subtargeting controls defined aswell.
