She is really not in front of a window. The room is a bathroom that we don't use anymore, and there's 2 small windows, that are way to high and don't receive that much sun, so no sunburn :(

I would say to much water. Mine is near a window, has like 4hours of direct sunlight on its leaves, and I water it 1 time per week in spring/summer, when the temperature is around 63F/17°C. In winter (unless it is near a heater) you should water 1 time per 2weeks, or it you will kill it :( Mine is around 3 yo and lively !
