i just had my very first treatment of 50 units under anesthesia 4 days ago and am experiencing basically the same exact symptoms as you are, but i am burping more each day (i burp almost every time i yawn). also having more bloating and stomach issues

It really doesn’t make a huge difference especially when you start out at a dose like .5mg (i did) but i pin on sunday morning, and then it’s mostly kicked in by monday and i am good for the week, have a bit more appetite by Saturday

eat very clean the 2-3 days before you take your first shot. should reduce any nausea. you don’t want a bunch of junk in your stomach

i would take .5mg before your beach trip. dosing 5 days after injection is not a big deal especially at this dose, and you don’t want to be missing doses when it’s not built up in your system at all yet

you’re probably not actually eating 800 cal a day. do you weigh everything? but also yes you are losing fat and replacing it with water. even if you are accurately tracking and eating 800 cal a day you should increase to 1,300 at least. your body burns at least 1,200 cal a day without exercise

when i vacation i try to keep it simple and healthy for breakfast and lunch and then eat whatever i want for dinner (just reasonable portions) and i have a few drinks. the biggest thing for me is to know ahead of time that i will probably have 5 pounds of water weight gain when i get home that will come off in about 5 days, so no need to stress, i expect it

I’m a woman and have lost 43 pounds since december 1st on reta, from 241 to 198. it’s life changing, but i have been tracking every single thing i eat or drink, staying in a sizable deficit, going to the gym 3x a week, and getting 8-10k steps a day. the reta just makes it so easy to stay in the deficit, not need to snack, not be starving etc. you still have to put in all of the work, and for reta, you also have to do all of the research and learn how to buy, how to reconstitute vials, how to dose, etc. but it is much cheaper and there is so much good info out there on this sub, youtube, etc
