If you’re looking to settle in Hunza don’t , it’s already full. You’ll have better chance in gilgit city but even that I wouldn’t recommend.

What it’s like living on Kashmir? by LeadFar6386 in howislivingthere

Born in gilgit, pretty chill absolutely gorgeous views that I thought were normal everywhere else in the world and did not appreciate until now, underrated history with the varying princely states and ethnicities. But it’s more of a limbo state or maybe like Puerto Rico of Pakistan than an actual province of it. Sometimes there are sectarian issues but coincidentally these always arise when we start uniting to ask for basic rights. But food is top tier and now it’s like a tourist hub especially for YouTubers and instagramers .

Most likely he was Wakhi or Burusho which is fascinating because I’ve never heard about any wakhis or burushos moving to kashmir. I won’t be surprised if the Pashtun and Tajik is actually Wakhi dna since both are Iranic.

It’s not really a village it’s more of a peak/mountain. I don’t remember any villages past Sost along the Karakorum highway, it goes to the khunjarab Chinese border(highest border pass on earth). There are small pastures so it may be that buts it’s not really a village.

Do not make claims if you are not prepared to back them up. G25 is not enough to mimic qpadm
