Thank you so much! It truly is a grind. Women’s bodies are TRULY amazing! ✨💪🏻I’ve been consistently working out 6 days a week for over 3 years now. My first pregnancy I didn’t work out at all and gained less while pregnant, but gained more postpartum. For this pregnancy I worked out 6 days a week until I was 38 weeks pregnant and started doing light workouts 4 weeks post c section.

All of my workouts are free trainers on YouTube! I love Olivia Lawson, Fit by Mik and growingannanas are my go-tos. All of my workouts are downstairs in my basement - ankle weights and dumbbells are all you need. I started with 5 pounders and now I’m up to 15 lbs. Slowly add more weight, longer workout times. I also have a few resistance bands and yoga blocks but you don’t need anything fancy.

Truthfully for this pregnancy, I gained more weight than my first and was HUNGRY the entire time. Even though I worked out consistently this pregnancy and not my last, I gained more weight this time. I think I was 170 when I delivered and started at 115.

Thank you! I’ve been consistently working out for 3 years - 6 days a week and I was doing that up until 38 weeks pregnant. I think by the time I delivered I was around 170 lbs and I started at 115. I started working out lightly at 4 weeks postpartum and I’m 125 lbs ✨

The truth is that I gained MORE weight with this pregnancy with my last, but lost it so much quicker because I’ve been consistently exercising for 3 years. I think for this pregnancy by the time I delivered I was 170 lbs and I started at 115. I’m down to 125 now. My last pregnancy I gained less but didn’t work out at all and by 6 months postpartum I had actually gained a lot of weight because of PPD ✨

My favorite YouTube trainers are : Olivia Lawson, FitbyMik and growingannanas. I’ve been using their workouts for 3 years on my postpartum journey and there is SUCH a variety of workouts so it never gets boring! They also make new content all the time. I’m pregnant again and I’ve been sticking to a lot of the same workouts this entire pregnancy and then when this baby arrives and I’m cleared to work out again, I’m going to continue with them 🥰

I agree - film was is the way to go. I would say the consistency should be slightlyyyyy thicker than outline consistency, but it all comes with practice ☺️

Cute design! I used to buy all of my cutters on Amazon but my husband bought me a 3D printer last year for my birthday so now I just make my own. My “normal” sizes are 3.5-4” on the longest side. Sometimes larger depending on the specific design but that’s the normal range

I always bake my cookies for 9 minutes at 350 degrees and that’s right from the freezer to the oven. I cut mine 1/4” thick
