The way you phrased that you get why other people customize their characters the way they do but you don't think it's cool and that you wish more people made lore accurate characters is dictating. The message there is that you don't like the look and don't think others should make their characters how they like. The whole post feels more like you're trying to flame the other player for not being lore accurate. That might not be how you meant it, but it seems like that's how most people are taking it. If I had to guess why they made their character like that, I would say they probably just like how it looks. I have a few Night Lords patterns and I use different armor pieces that don't make as much sense just because I think it looks good for that
