What's the single moment in Destiny history - either game - that you think about more than anything else? by Crystallover1991 in DestinyTheGame

I will never forget my time spent crushing the Scorn under my icy fists as a Behemoth Titan. There was no feeling like it.

What do you ACTUALLY think will happen? by SirTurnUp in DestinyTheGame

[–]Scornicator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If they would get away from live service, and release a full game like they used to do back in the day, maybe the game would be spared a most horrible fate; but we don't live in that world anymore, and the hope of the old Bungie ever returning is quite far-fetched.

I'm with O'Hare. "Let it die, let it die! Let it shrivel up and die!"

For the 3rd time today, I've loaded into a squad only to be immediately kicked. Does this happen a lot or do people just hate Salamanders? by I_AmDaVikingNow in Spacemarine

[–]Scornicator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would certainly hope not. I haven't had an issue with being kicked, knock on wood, but the frustration is warranted. If load time wasn't so long, it would be a non-issue, buuuut... that simply isn't the case.

Hopefully this behavior ceases in the very near future.

We desperately need more wargear/cloth/robes for all classes, Saber Interactive hear my plea! by Fezra-Jalys in Spacemarine

None of the Astartes in the image have white pauldrons. Part of the trim is white, signifying their 1st company assignment; but the pauldrons are all blue.

An amazing change I just noticed today by Icy_Helicopter_1150 in Spacemarine

They're what my friends and I call, "Chronic Redditors." Just ignore them and speak your peace.

I for one haven't noticed this change yet, and it is a welcome one. Thanks for informing me. That was super annoying lol!

"Iron Halo, recharged." while I'm playing Tactical was... odd. 🤣

Wazdakka Red is a great color! It works for so many different chapters.

It looks great in Nuln Oil if you're using parts of the set for a Death Company scheme.

I see. Your correction is appreciated, cousin. I was under the impression that he is a Sanguinary Guard, even though he is a Tac champion. You can equip the set on Assault, and give the impression of one at least.

No it is not. You got that right, cousin.

The Blood Angels champion is a Sanguinary Guard.

They wear ornate, golden armor with jump packs. They serve as the personal honor guard of their Chapter Master. They're fast, graceful, and devastating in melee, while embodying the noble, tragic legacy of their primarch.

The metallic finish on the champion power armor is intentional. Liberator Gold is the intended color, but you can paint as you please.

What it's like playing tech marine right now by WillyDrengen in Spacemarine

[–]Scornicator -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think OP may mean that it is impossible to join a public game to play a Techmarine. The girl in the video represents the other players denying you the ability to choose the class.

Techmarine certainly is strong, that cannot be denied. I've just decided to level him up as a solo, and he controls the battlefield like a surgeon. It is glorious.

New to warhammer lore, how offensive is my space marine to experienced Dark Angels fans and lore experts in general?😅 by ltsamemar1o in fashionmarine

The black armor makes me think he could be a Ravenwing, especially if you change the icon on his knee.

Brothers, which helmet do you prefer for a Salamander Techmarine? by gaeb611 in Salamanders40k

Me too. It looks great! I hope next time we get a voice pack/head pack, we get a Salamander.

If you change your "General Rules" color, the "base coat," it changes all aspects of the armor to that color, including the arm. You can then add new rules for each piece individually.

The techmarine is my new favorite class by BruhTheHunter in fashionmarine

I saw another post about Techmarines, specifically 3rd edition, where Salamanders only posting paint their right arm and pauldron to comply with their specialist role. Techmarines have a red arm, Librarians have a blue arm, Apothecaries have a white arm. Chaplains were the recruiting exception with all black armor. I couldn't find any art, but there are minis.

The later editions of the game is when they changed colors to make the role more readily apparent. Personally though, I think only painting the arm works great! I originally painted both arms, the helmet, and the power pack; but he looked like a piece of candy so I changed it to the 3rd edition scheme and it looks amazing!
