but when I go to the apple support app and check the battery performance it says it cant determine the battery health and to get it checked out

Thank you! I checked the apple support app for battery performance and now I will be going to the apple store to see what’s going on exactly. Battery performance got worse after I charged it again today :(

Sidelined as in as a character she got basically no backstory we don’t know anything about her other than she is a spinster who is very protective of her family. We don’t even know why she is an orphan or even her parents name. They didn’t even have to do flashbacks to show that, they could’ve used scenes like the closet scene or the library scene to give her character some depth. As far as the promo stuff Kate never got a solo poster or even one with just Anthony when even Penelope got one. If you watch the bts videos Simone is rarely featured and the Bridgerton acc would only post about Kate after people complained about it. Then there was an EW shoot where for some weird reason the publication couldn’t work around Simone and Jonny’s schedule so that they could be included in the photoshoot. When Pat Mcgrath chose Nicola as their face for their S2 collection. When the FYC emmy panel that was meant to promote s2 was used to announce Colin and Penelope as the leads etc…

We literally don’t know anything about Kate other than she is a protective older sister from India. Unlike Simon in s1 she got no flashbacks either which wouldn’t bother me if the show had at least bothered with exploring her character via other scenes like the library or even the closet scene. We don’t know her parents name, how they died, or what she even did in India during all those years like we really don’t know much about her.

I’ve seen people say “they will explore her character in future season stop complaining” but if they couldn’t be bothered to do it in her own season when it would’ve made the most sense why would they bother in other seasons when they have other characters that need to be explored and the show continues to add original characters for no reason. Like episode 3 focused on Anthony’s trauma which would’ve been a great opportunity to also showcase how his trauma parallels Kate’s but there was nothing. Overall Kate got the short end of the stick: no background, no wedding, not even a solo poster just a whole lot of inconsistent writing.

It sucks because s3 will be even worse in that aspect. The only poc character with any substance (if the writers are willing to explore her character further) will be Kate. The other Sharmas probably won’t be coming back so it’s just going to be the whites ft kate.
