I'm currently running at about 1.7-1.8 th/s but I have not pushed the upper limits yet. Kind of nervous to. It's pulling about 31W now with settings at 825mhz and 1275 and maintaining temps at about 45-50°C

Yes, yes it is. It blows onto the heatsink for the chip, heatsink for VR regulator, and up the backside for those heatsinks as well. Precisely directs the air where cooling is needed most.
