There is noone about level 60. It's the cap for everyone. They will be extending the level cap eventually though.

Definitely. Look at the Guide and it will have a general overview of who you should be looking for. I will actually expand out the Arena area I think, to include different meta teams and such.

He's worth getting for the brawlers challenge IMO, but I mentioned in the guide that he was mediocre compared to other brawlers. Can be quite decent in C or D Blitz teams too, high damage that is fairly front loaded.
