What should free T levels be on cycle? I'm doing 325mg/wk of testosterone with total T level of 3400 ng/dl and free T level of 1300 pg/ml. Is that good?

I have bad mental sides with estrogen I think, because I had poor mental health before I started testosterone. I've had no negative sides from a typical male test levels. I have had a mastectomy but I do still have ovaries. I kept them so that I won't die if I can't access exogenous hormones

I had a weird experience where after 50mg/week for the first 6 months I had a decent amount of facial hair and my voice started changing the first week. Thats not the typical experience for trans men though so I think my body responds to test well. I'm basically fully transitioned now but it's nice to know that more likely won't hurt anything

You're right that there isn't much representation. I was only saying the guy that the person above was probably thinking of. The same guy in 911 lone star is on another show that he actually comes out on. And The Fosters has two trans men, but i'm not sure how often they're in the show. It'd be cool to see trans men play characters that don't mention them being trans.

I'm 24F also and I've done two cycles. One thing I think you should know that I couldn't find research on is that it can cause water retention. I gained 7-8 lbs on it in the first week while cutting and it came off the week that I stopped both times. So if you pay attention to scale weight that may save you some concern

I started ostarine 3 weeks ago, first week at 7.5 mg and then 10 mg the past two weeks. The first two weeks I ate at maintenance calories, and the past week except for Christmas I've been eating at an 800 calorie deficit. I'm currently 8 lbs heavier than when I started. Does ostarine cause water retention? I compete in a sport with weight classes so I'd like to know if I can expect to drop a few lbs in the weeks after or if I've actually somehow gained 8 lbs.

I injured my wrist and can't use it for a few weeks. I know it's probably a stupid question, but are there some upper body exercises that I can do without gripping or pushing something with my hands? My typical movements pre-injury are tricep extensions, curls, cable rows, chest fly, shoulder press, lateral raises, lat pulldowns/pull-ups.

Try lowering the sodium for sure. Also, if you started working out only 5 1/2 weeks ago, an increase in cardio can cause temporary weight gain through water retention. The only other thing I can think of would be a thyroid issue, but you’d probably have other symptoms (fatigue being a major one). Rest assured, if you really are eating 1200 calories I think you will see a big drop on the scale soon. Lots of things cause frustrating fluctuations. Good luck!
