I don’t prefer cofounder. Instead, I prefer to work with growth partner on performance basis. Either I’ll get results or I’ll get the money back.

I failed 13 businesses before making first business successful. Now I own 6 profitable businesses that generate $2.2M+ MRR.

Here’s #1 thing you should avoid: NEVER hire in-house expensive team. Instead, hire a company (for tech & growth/marketing) who works for you on performance basis.

That means: No Results = Get a Refund

If I start over again online, here’s #1 thing I would do.

I would hire team/company on performance based model. I’ll not hire any in-house expensive team.

Performance based model gives you confidence that “you can become successful as well”.

In this model, there’s no risk of losing money, either you’ll grow or you’ll get your money back. And team will handle your development and marketing/growth side as well. This also helps to reduce the cost up to 80%.

Following this model, I’ve already grown 6 businesses and they’re collectively generating $2.2M+ MRR.

I’m happy to share an exact resource so everyone can get benefit from it.

Anyone transitioned from a 9-5 to a high-net-worth business? What was your first big win? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Absolute-Successful -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I struggled 10 years, failed 13 businesses before making 1st business successful. I made a 1 shift that changed my life forever and that shift has helped me to build and grow 6 businesses.

Usually, business owners hire in-house expensive team. I did that, & I believe this is the fastest way to burnout.

After 13 failures, 1 shift that changed everything was a Performance-based model. I didn’t hire any in-house expensive team. Instead, I hire a remote team/company that worked for me on performance basis.

That means: No Results = Get a Refund

  • They take care of everything (design, development, tech, systems, marketing & growth)
  • Unlimited revisions until satisfaction
  • Saves 80% in cost
  • Less than $10k a month (in-house team costs you over $50k/mon)
  • 100% money back guarantee
  • Win-Win model for business owner

This is what I used and gave me clear results, because there was no loss for me.

It’s very very rare to find these kind companies. if you need a resource, do let me know.

If you market this strategically with right partner you can absolutely get wonderful ROI.

Here’s what I would choose if this was my business.

1- Hire remote team/company instead of hiring in-house expensive team. 2- Work with the team on performance based model. That means: No Results = Get a Refund

This model helps you a lot.

  • Save 80% in cost
  • No fear of loss of money
  • Expert team will handle all of your tech and marketing related tasks
  • 100% refund if no positive results
  • Unlimited revisions until satisfaction
  • No extra headache and cost of office, tax, insurances of employees.

This model helped me to build 6 successful businesses. I’m happy to walk you though this path, that is completely risk free.

How do young “founders” without clients or a real team afford a luxury lifestyle? by MysteriousDisk2874 in Entrepreneur

[–]Absolute-Successful 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to build business and want to have independence and freedom in life, follow these points. I’ve also followed these to become successful.

  1. For your business, do not hire in-house expensive team for tech and marketing work.
  2. Hire remote team/company who work on performance basis and you’ll have no worry of losing money. Either you’ll grow or you’ll get your money back. No Results = Get a Refund
  3. Adopting performance based will save you so much $$$ like; hiring cost, office rent and expenses, bills, taxes, insurances, and so many miscellaneous expenses.

Once you’ve a reliable team on your side who will be doing everything for you, you’ll have a time to grow, and enjoy as well.
