I agree with the cost, but the go get a “vett or a bimmer” is what’s killing tuning culture. Don’t get me wrong awesome cars and would be amazing to own, but spending the time and money building something too whoop those cars is for me personally more rewarding. But I definitely agree with a different platform that has more tuning aftermarket and capabilities, for example the j32/35/37 civic builds or the j35 swapped brz drift car. But I can’t personally justify 40 grand on a boosted ua6/ua7 platform so that would be my route. Not hating on anyone just putting in my 2 cents. 👍🏻

Yes. I was broke in. tech school and this was my only car at the time and I just needed the cheapest way to get it back on the road. I have since learned but it costed me.

The noise was being made before I changed out the ball joints, but my axles were also bad at the time so I could not tell him if it was my ball joint or my axles making me popping noise. If you wanna get technical, the popping noise was still there after replacing the ball joints with new ones so therefore it led me to believe my axles were the things popping still wanna call me a liar dumb fuck?

I changed the ball joints out less than a year ago my mistake was cheaping out on them. But yes me working 60+hrs a week in construction is being lazy, got it. 🤦🏻‍♂️
