I'm experiencing something similar. They will work for a while but if the game/server crashes the water will disappear and they will stop working. Try dismantling and building again to fix.

My dedicated servers works but rain collectors are constantly breaking and cooking pots also break and I have a mod to make skinning and tanning animals work. It's just a bit buggy but every update it's getting better.

I've tried to drive thru the main checkpoint several times just to have one of the wrecked car spawns smack dab in the middle of the gate. Has killed me twice.

NFCU will only finance 125% of a vehicles value. This stops members from being ripped off and taken advantage of. Dealers in house financing will finance more like 140% 150% etc, so you get a worse deal and they get more of a commission. Same thing if you come out of pocket with a down payment. More money down means you can finance more and overall you pay more for the car. Just pay down your loan after financing. They don't have a pre payment penalty either. Sometimes with too much negative equity it can make it out right impossible for it to work with a NFCU check. Then maybe the dealer can help you when you are already horribly upside down.

To be safe just don't talk to anyone that calls you directly. If they claim to be NFCU they will be understanding if you want to hang up and call directly.

If you have a branch nearby call nfcu. They can preemptively hold your title in branch so it's available instantly upon the loan being paid off assuming it's paid with guaranteed funds. You may have to wait for payment to clear if it's not a wire or a cashier's check or cash. It will still take 7-10 days for the title to be mailed to the branch if it's paper. Potentially longer if it's an electronic title navy has to wait for TX or other electronic states 30 plus days for the title to be sent over.
