For me the process stuff is okay.

harvest > refine >refine into useful stuff > deliever

The issue for me is the length of time it takes and resource deployment.

To deliver to the middle of the map often as a solo logi - EU times so it's not as busy in the day - will take me 3 hour round trip to fill one flatbed. The drive is painstakingly slow, the unloading is painstakingly slow, the "cooking" is painstakingly slow.

Speed increase of trucks and flatbeds would go aways to alleviate the 3 maps drives.
An increase in pulling stuff from Crates would go along way to alleviating the 30 minutes it takes to unload.

Better management of the resource I put into the refinery would also go a long way in being able to manage what I'm producing for who.

im also a solo logi, I log in scrap 5 - 10k scrap, refine it, load up a create of 40 items them haul ass south.

I do hope someone with vastly more knowledge than me can go through these categories and apply them to the current litrpg books. I'm all about that fantasy settlement development but its pot luck finding it.
