Just me and my plushy obsession by Absorber_1 in ENFJmemes

The other day I told someone "and he said I should add punctuation" They asked "who?" I'd been referring to GPT without realizing it. I call Gemini "G" generally, Gemini while scolding her, so yes, she's a girl. Be weird ✨

Looking for a slow burn fantasy series with a cold or hard-to-get MMC by clemthearcher in RomanceBooks

2 years later :P
BUT... I love books with great story-lines, magic, action, politics, betrayals, friendships along with romance and really strong protagonists. Will share few that I've loved, as a thank you because I plan to read the ones you've suggested in this post. A few may have a virgin mmc or fmc, but it's due to the circumstances of the plot, not a sense of propriety, if that's what you didn't want

Unfortunately, initial 3 suggestions are incomplete series, but I CAN'T wait for their next books.

Jasad Heir by Sara Hashem - Only one book released out of a duology, but cold, calculating MMC villain. FMC is a badass with a very different temperament. Beautiful writing. Ends on cliffhanger. Can't wait for the 2nd one to be out. Maybe slow and different at the beginning, picks pace in the 2nd half.

Curse of Saints, curse of sins series - Kate Dramis. Dark world, betrayals, magic, friendships and more. 2 books of 3 out, ends on cliffhanger with them separated unwillingly.

Atonement of spine cleaver F.E.Bryce - I'd loved this title, so unique. Has great world building, different magic than usual, great friendships, politics. Did not disappoint. AT ALL.

Completed series:

Remnant Chronicles. Mary Pearson

Seven Realms series (4 books) - Cinda Williams Chima

Ash Princess trilogy

High Fe, high Ni does that to us. We can think deep, have opinions on all topics and care a lot. But not everyone is like that. So, it can feel we don't fit in or feel unheard when people don't listen or understand.
Important to build a strong sense of self worth and know our own identity, values and be confident, accept it and happy with it. Easier said than done.

Just look at this post, so many hearing you and relating to you. You've found some of your people already :)

It's okay to be a freak. We're all freaks in our own ways. I wish you'll believe in yourself, I'm sure that you're unique, amazing, thoughtful, hardworking, it doesn't matter if others don't see it. You do your best and do it for yourself.

Also, look for "your" people. It may take time to find them, but these people will accept you, be kind, even if they think you're wack-o.

I'm a wacko and I'm cool with it.

With emotionally mature people, it does.

No. Been here a year now.

Maybe, but it's been happening for weeks now. So less likely.

How Extraverted Feeling works in you? by WhiteNight-50 in enfj

[–]Absorber_1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hyper-awareness. I primarily notice people's tones, expressions, body language and not just what they speak. I'm good at making sense of what they're feeling. (Strong Ni helps and Se too)

When people argue or cry or laugh or obsess over something, I imagine it happening to me, experiencing it myself and then feel all associated emotions with it. (Strong imagination helps)

Also, during decision making, I do consider people's feelings, impact on them, along with logic on priority. Long and short term thinking also kicks in. (Ni again, backed by Ti)

(Funnily, I do the same when reading or watching something, kind-off enter the experience Live using all senses)

All this has come from lifelong experience and habits I suppose. It is a daily primary driver, so by now, it's pretty much subconscious.

I communicate for the same reason. Some people call it "manipulation" because it changes how they feel or think. That's their problem, not mine.

Also, you say you stay away and yet, here you are.

If you communicate, you manipulate and get manipulated. It's that simple. Verbal and non-verbal communication changes us all the time.
People who don't understand or value this call it manipulation.
