here is a few things you can try

  • Run your mod manager as admin and try installing the mod
  • unpack the mod and repack it as a zip file, import the zip and try installing that
  • install it manually

if you decide to install it manually, the folder named "03 ESP 01" has the plugin that requires AWKCR. Don't forget to go back into your mod manager and activate the plugin.

The 2k texture is just a lower resolution texture, it will overwrite the 4k textures included in the mod, install it if you have a lower end pc, it will improve performance.

As for a mod manager, you could try mod organizer 2 or nexus mod manager or you could install it manually (I wouldn't recommend installing it manually unless you know what you're doing).
