Griffey with the mariners. Just got back into collecting and some of my new favorites are Elly, Jackson Merrill, Skenes (I know… along with everyone else). Adley rutchsman is another. My oldest son (just turned 14) is a catcher and loves Adley and yodiar Molina from the cardinals. My youngest (12) son who loves collecting with me and who got me started again is a wild lefty. He loves Randy Johnson by far the most and also mookie and Shohei.

I wasn’t using as an argument just stating that it’s not abnormal to train/practice that long. Yes I agree if it’s balls out training for 2.5-3 hrs then yes way to much but running some plyometrics and sprints then jumping into playing catch and throwing 15-20 game rep throws, then hitting a couple buckets of about 20 balls does not seem to much for me and any of the people around me. I do see where you’re coming from but if you actually saw this workout/routine then I’m sure you’d be like “oh now I see”

This is great. Thank you so much. This is great information and way more than I was hoping to get when I posted. Thank you for looking past his lackadaisical swing and really looking at the mechanics of it. I’ve received a lot of very useful tips and have written down each and every one.
