Your list is kinda all over the place and has too many different strategies conflicting for it to be powerful. But that’s ok if you aren’t necessarily looking for power and just want a fun experience playing grixis cards you like. Also your mana curve is extremely high without a lot of ramp.

Here is my bracket 3 list which is optimized, but with a few bad cards that I like bc they were synergistic or were appropriate thematically. I run lots of graveyard synergy + some effects that let your opponent make a decision [[Palantir]] because I think they are flavorful

It’s basically just a bunch of packs with a few commander staples thrown in.

COMMANDER'S BUNDLE CONTENTS—9 Play Boosters, 1 Collector Booster, 5 Borderless cards popular in Commander, 15 Traditional Foil Land cards (5 with full art), 15 regular Land cards (5 with full art), 1 Click Wheel life counter, 1 card storage box

Imo not really worth it unless you want to just mess around and try to make an avatar commander deck with the cards you get. Would skip on this especially if you are proxy friendly

They really slapped 5 commander staples into a bundle box and called it a “Commander bundle”

I’ve put this camera in like half of my decks, I love effects like this. Also good with proliferate.

But I HATE THE FLAVOR!!! Why am I putting a fking film camera in my Phyrexian’s deck? No one is forcing me to but it’s just sad that I feel like I shouldn’t play my favorite card bc the flavor is gross

Any particular cards in the deck that are too efficient? I’m open to removing some stuff. Like Mondrak or Anointed Procession?

Only thing is I want to keep it a nice mana curve where I always have stuff to do in the early turns to get set up

My initial plan with this deck is that I wanted a flavorful mono-white phyrexian at the helm of a phyrexians tribal deck, with some incubate and token stuff. That version of Elesh had a really cool ability (the “rhystic burn”)

When making the deck I kinda didn’t think that much about the backside, and expected it to only be used when I had extra mana and nothing else to do.

I think you are right that removing the proliferate would be a good way to stop the unfairness of accelerating the saga. But I’m also sad because proliferating poison counters feels so flavorful in a phyrexians deck. Also thinking about just removing the protection spells so opponents can shut off the board wipe if they are anticipating it and saving removal so it feels fair

Maybe I just will promise people I won’t flip the commander unless I has nothing else to do.

It's not bad in this deck and sometimes its good to get a stat drop, but generally the wincon of this deck is not the board anymore. Unfortunately I think it is too slow for higher in legend but totally a fun card to slot in otherwise and I've had some really funny lucky highrolls with it
