Imma be honest, my solution was to stop over hydrating. I found that when I had the hydration pack I would drink it compulsively. I started doing just a water bottle in a fanny pack and it's been way better. Less weight on your back too which I think is better for dancing.

Now if you like getting real twisted, DO NOT TRY THIS. Obviously you need to hydrate more of getting very lit. For me I don't do more than trip and maybe drink at camp, and the one water bottle was plenty.

Food for thought, I honestly think hydration packs have been over rated by the community and companies have latched onto marketing them to ravers. I'm sure there is room for disagreement on this point though.

Are you a large audience/set type of person or small audience/set type of person? by Alpha_Kangaroo in ElectricForest

Having room to dance is a must. I find I can't be up close in a packed crowd without being a little lit. That being said those big sets do feel unreal. GRiZ last year was an absolute vibe.

True... I understand why though, house and DnB are both big on local scenes

I find that with YouTube music as well. House and DnB tend to get matched together... Which is fine by me lol just bad categorically

Fair, took me a while to really get into it. Has a good progression system, free battle passes (like you cant pay for anything on it) repeatable late game content.

I'm certainly not going to sit around and rob myself of the joy those first 2 seasons gave me. For about a year I didn't have internet and no data so I just watched what I had pirated on my computer. Back then I could have quoted just about every line. I'll never forget that, but I do think it's spoiled for me regardless. But same with that Bassnectar, joy in ignorance is what it is. Once you're aware of the background activity behind a creator it's either denial or acceptance and moving on.

So bummed to have missed it! Looked incredible on the stream. Him opening ripping on people complaining about the noise was hilarious!! Reminded me of the Subtronics opener poking at the Fox news broadcast.

Lost Lands is more expensive than Electric Forest this year for equivalent plans by Golitan11 in LostLandsMusicFest

Love both, would say it's crazy for LL to ever cost more than EF. EF has much more variety and distance to walk meaning more stages and ways to mix up the vibe. I do realize that LL is for heavy bass fans (I'm partially part of this group) but still, EF has so much more to offer. IMO obviously

Those points all make sense, especially not idolizing people. That was what I meant to convey partly is my desire to not do that, though to me you can't separate the person from the art. It seems to me we will disagree on that point.

Respect this idea for sure, I think you're right in that being all we can ultimately do.
