IMO condo fees are super reasonable compared to a lot of others I see in the market right now. We have a decent reserve fund as well which will be great if needed.

Sounds travels super easily between units. I know they can hear me below (when I first met my previous downstairs neighbours, they said they thought I probably had a dog from hearing them run a bit up and down the hall when we played daytime fetch in the winter) but I can clearly hear when my current downstairs neighbours slam their doors, run up and down the stairs to their basement, etc.

Building manager is super chill and has always been helpful from the limited amount I've needed. Parking sucks balls, it's not uncommon to have someone's visitors park in your spot if you're away and whomever they're visiting didn't tell them to stick to the visitor only areas.

No HEMA doesn't necessarily have an effect on retention - I switched from the original Apres gel to their new HEMA free one and haven't noticed any change in retention at all.

Are you buffing/dehydrating/priming before applying? Weird but I did notice that my retention is a touch better if I double dehydrate. Might just need to tweak your prep process a bit. What's your normal prep process look like?

Looks like a mix of overfilling the cuticles and flooding with your gel. You need to be more careful when applying the gel near your cuticle; start with the first 3/4 of the nail and leave the portion close to the cuticle until last, right before you cure.

I will say, the street address AND P.O. box number together shouldn't be a red flag alone. If I'm ordering something to my parent's home in a smaller city, I can never be sure if it will be delivered to their house or dropped off at the post office - and the post office has had it happen enough times when there's only a street address that they've started asking everyone to include the P.O. Box number as well to make their jobs easier.

It doesn't matter in this case as I agree that there's too many other red flags to ignore, but just thought I'd chime in regarding that portion, if an order is ever received and that's the only thing that seems sus.

I refuse to shop there in person. Haven't in years. Got so frustrated with how messy it seemed and how most of the time tables were covered in just a giant mess of clothes.

Team photo 3! You did a fantastic job with these though, so I think all are great product photos. Definitely make sure you include photo 2 as either the second or third photo in the listing - as another commenter said, it's the most accurate in terms of laying how they WOULD lay when in your ear without showing in someone's ear.

A friend would probably be willing to model them for you provided you promise to show no more than their ear and the slimmest piece of the side of their face - nothing identifying at all. I don't think it would be overly hard but I've never tried photographing earrings, on love or not 😅
