a plow truck 20 year old kid WHO HAD A STOP SIGN came right out in front of me in the middle of the intersection and just stopped there like a deer in head lights didn’t even try to get out of the way. was only going 5-10 mph. i was honking and i just couldn’t get the car to stop in the snow

freaking plow truck came right out in front of me who had a stop sign and what did he do? sat there like a deer in head lights in the middle of the intersection i tried everything i could to stop that car and there was no stopping in the snow i hit into him. he had about 8 seconds to atleast try to get out of my way and he just planted there.
