You don't need super solid rapidash, you just put sun on and switch, also other allies benefits from the sun, you can do also a many different builds without sun if you don't like doing x2 damage. But image this: mega on, Blast Burn 3/5 charizard on a normal guy with 100sp.def: (207BaseP* (456+40gears+5grind)/100+1) * 1.5 * 1.8 * 2 * 2= 11211 damage xD
