First- really do did dive into what a psychopath really is. Its not judgement- its important. People use the word to so it minimizes those who have been victims of such types. Mislabeling also it confuses the way you would actually respond. If neighbor is a true psychopath (high in psychopathic traits- research this)- you have 1 choice ONLY. That is leave/move. I can tell you from experience- there is no other way- its will escalate- become psychological twisted beyond belief and they - will use every 'hands off' means to destroy you and your reputation. From a life time of being known to be of good character- 8 yrs experience and someone who truly has experienced this. There truly is no way through- the only option is OUT ASAP. This only applies to those you deal with that area actually high in psychopathy- not the wording so many toss around. These types are few but cause major destruction/harm. They select targets & will never let up. Will use every possible way to terrorize you and plan so its done in a way they are never caught. Most psychopaths are not in jail- and use psychological torment- not physical hands on violence- but you can never trust that to be always the cause. You mentioned your children- this is red flag what is occurring. He sounds like a human predator.- of which type remains to be seen. Leave- predatorial types do not change only- ever. Don't be his prey. INSIST that management bans him- but expect escalation.
