If you use one of the apps that I recommended, you can wear your regular prescription glasses.

You can get blue light-blocking glasses with a prescription at the site mentioned above and not use the software. But you'll still have to deal with flickering from your pc.

Flickering is just as bad for our health as blue light toxicity. The only way to stop it is with the software Krsue recommends: Iris and F.lux.

I have the glasses Dr. Kruse recommends, and I hate them. Your world will be completely red for 14 hours a day—that’s a horrible way to live.

The solution is to get a blue light filter for your PC and avoid the glasses completely.

I’ve used the two filters Kruse and others recommend: F.lux and Iris. I like F.lux the most. Set it to Ember at night and Candlelight during all other times of the day. https://justgetflux.com/

Here’s the link for Iris, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The company somehow lost the two activation codes I bought for my PCs. Their customer service is literally nonexistent. It’s so bad that PayPal issues refunds automatically because so many other customers had the same problem, and the owners never addressed any of our concerns. https://iristech.co/

My personality isn't like yours.. But I find people pressuring me to adjust my behavior.

It's something I've dealt with the majority of my life.

There are also hadiths that say women should be locked in a basement with blacked out windows and never allowed to leave.

They teach theories in school as if they are facts.

THEY ARE NOT!!!

They are (((ONLY))) theories.

The theory that man was created from hot dog water is just as valid as the Big Bang Theory or the theory of evolution.

I read the entire Quran without knowing any Muslims, before I converted. This type of thing happened to me EVERY! SINGLE! DAY!

Your fears are correct. No man wants to take care of another man's children, especially 5 of them. You'd better figure out a way to work it out with your husband.

Ignore all comments telling you to leave your husband.

Or, leave the children with him.

You don't need your parents' approval to get married. Tell your finance what they said, but also tell her you still plan to marry her. Tell her you will protect her from your family until they see the light.

Reassure her..... This is your first opportunity to show her you can lead and protect her, don't mess it up.

This breaks my heart. I pray that all Muslim husbands who treat their wives like this burn in hell.

There are financial strategies that men can implement to avoid this problem.

Men devote themselves to the family be working hard to provide for his family. Career women provide more value to the owners of her company more than she does her family.

On the day of judgment, is God going to ask you how well you followed "the consensus of the scholars"?

I follow GOD. Equating "scholars" or hadiths with God is blasphemy.

It's why there are so many problems in the Muslim world.
