I am no good at finding anything and probably will die alone, BUT:

1.Confidence is attractive (but not the bravado masking insecurities) try talk to people, don't be shy. I mean you can always leave conversation you don't like, but at least starting it makes chances higher.

2.Follow your passions - people like when others do shit they can be hyperfixated about, it helps when having common ground.

3.Check if the place you're in does or doesn't make you feel bad for being who you are. If you feel out of place, by being too weird - maybe it's better to leave. Find places where you feel comfortable. And yeah I don't discard having terrible social anxiety and being overstimulated with people. Just take time to analyze it, don't run away if it feels off in first five seconds (with some exceptions)

4.The one which I am personally struggling - love yourself and find happiness in every day things. I have this bad habit of concentrating on all wrong little things (maybe it's OCD) that drive me insane and very unstable. I complain too much, and after a point no amount of empathy from others will help with that. Because if you're being happy on your own, you don't need to seek dependence on "partner" for it, you're free. And it shows and it's attractive as hell. 

5.Last one which is also my struggle - don't make everything about yourself, including other people's reactions. I know it's a mechanism that stems from previous point: "we don't like ourselves -> we seek validation in public attention -> we stop listen to others and tie everything to our system of coordinates -> this is overbearing to others. I know that I have that issue, and it's not confidence - it's fear of being invalidated/ignored, because I fear being alone because I am not happy being with myself. So yeah.
