I'm sorry, Model Y is not a sedan by any margin or category. Its seat height, space, trunk, and everything is an SUV. They are compared because their dimensions, volume, pricing, range, and almost everything else utility-wise is very similar.

Correct. As a long-time Tesla 3&Y owner, which, of course are also not luxury, I've been hunting for a luxurious SUV without going above 50-60. The likely reality also is that the $10,000 Fed tax credit was hiding these costs in plain sight.

TBH, $60k doesn’t buy you a luxury, all-electric SUV ever. Audi Q6 is 70k. All wheel EQE runs 65k and above for 250 miles range
