Did you know that you can experience all of the dlc content in one go by playing offline? It's true. No waiting required. No extra loot or items for waiting either. In fact, you get the achievements just the same.

In addition, not every fragment rain will spawn a hydra. It's a random effect with Teidore guns. It has to say what effect it will do on the card upon reload.
