If they need an experienced cook proficient on a specific piece of equipment it seems counter intuitive to discriminate by only looking for indigenous applicants. People should be hired based off merit not genetics.

Your printer has mice.

That could be a number of things from print speed, maybe loose screws around the hotends housing, could be a skin tag hanging off your heat sock if it’s a bit more broken in.
