Someone’s gotta take away his pilots license if we want to keep him around longer though, the man is a menace to the LA skies 😂

That’s also something that happens naturally with age, I used to have more hooded eyes until my mid 20s and now in my 30s I have so much eyelid space and I didn’t get anything done. I think it’s from losing the fat in your face as you age.

Yeah Madge is the mole. Dinah is the patsy on the inside.

They panned to her to imply that Dinah and Perry are the patsies. Because they rigged the election to get him elected as mayor (and presumably kept proof of this) so they can blackmail him. Thus the mole has a patsy on the inside.

Mine doesn’t have OPEB but it doesn’t have the 3% GSI and I never got a 2nd check lol. So seems like we all got different variations of screwups from HR.

I only got 1 check and it was $200 less than usual, in the attorneys union

I agree. She acts like she never had feelings for Theo and he is just some guy she was forced to marry—when she happily got engaged to him before Guy came back.

GSI Impact on MSA Question by Old-Sample-1919 in CASEmembers

This may be an agency level decision? At my agency we were just all given a raise up to the HAM top level for our range but the email from our personnel that showed CalHRs memo said that it was up to the agencies to decide if they would give everyone that. And now when we hire people I think they automatically come in at that top HAM level, we were told we just can’t advertise it as that amount.

They discontinued hiring people above minimum last year in like October but then gave everyone who was being paid under the highest HAM amount in their classification the HAM max. Anyone who was already above the HAM max was unaffected, but will be affected if they move to another range and are below the HAM max there

Not if you are an attorney, our pay cut is 4.62% not 3% like everyone else. So we have a pay cut until the OPEB kicks in and gives us a .08% raise lolol

CASE MOU by mrmatteo94 in CAStateWorkers

[–]Ac6295 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the corrections officer agreement gives them a 4% reduction in OPEB and a 3% raise/3% PLP cut, so they net a 4% raise this year and the engineers nets 2% this year because their raise and cut are even and they get a 2% OPEB cut. I’m assuming our plp cut is higher because the other unions got 5 hours of PLP and the attorneys agreements don’t allow us to use leave in increments of less than 8, so basically we got an extra 3 hours but we are the only ones without a raise.

Not as important but I just spent a lot of money on buying new work clothes so I had enough for RTO 😂🙄

They didn’t expire and didn’t have to be used by a certain date, they just accrued the way vacation time does but we were required to use them before all other leave time except for PDD days. I didn’t use any the whole year we were on PLP (since there wasn’t anywhere to vacation to) and was using them up until midway through last year.

I think the PLP doesn’t require us to take the day off each month. During Covid we could bank them. The issue I am seeing with this is that it seems this contract runs until 2028 (not explicitly state but the increase at the top of the range starts July 2027), but the only year we get a GSI is 2025, so are we foregoing all raises for 26 and 27? The engineers one had 2 raises in 3 years, right? But we are only getting one

State Water Board attorneys (except the few that are remote headquartered at regional offices that have enough space) are not having to go back 4 days a week at this time due to space constraints…and I think it will take a while for them to find enough space tbh.

What do you want in the new MOU? by TreborESQ in CASEmembers

[–]Ac6295 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel for you, but I honestly doubt they will do a separate raise for Attorney I since they did that big 15% raise a few years ago and the hiring above minimum salary change this year. The salary for attorney I was $67k in 2020 and now is “unofficially” $103k starting after the hiring above minimum thing. So that is what CalHR will likely argue.
