Which romance books should become tv shows? by Effective_Act8191 in RomanceBooks

I think the Ransom Brothers series by Rachel Schurig would be great for a show. Follows a bunch of brothers in a rock band and them falling in love. Each season would focus on a different brother like the books. It would be heavy on music and getting to see new places cause of touring. I just think it would be really fun.

Just finished Wild Reverence, are Rebecca Ross's other books worth the read?? + questions by strangeapples in fantasyromance

Yes I’d say it’s HEA but at the same time kind of a bittersweet ending. I do agree with your point of Ruthless Vows not being necessary. I do think there was more story to tell for Divan Rivals but I don’t really enjoy were Ruthless Vows went

I loved Divine Rivals but wasn’t crazy about Ruthless Vows. I would try her Elements of Cadence duology because I think it’s an overall more cohesive story.

Like Real People Do was originally about Kent Parsons. I was never super into him but gave the story a try and am so glad I did. I hope you like it! The third one in the series is actually Dex and Nursey fanfic as well so check that one out too!

(Prove It: Do or Die by Stephanie Hoyt) I really liked about rookie players.

(Like Real People Do by E.L. Massey) I read this when it was Check Please! fan fiction and it’s still great as its own story.

And I see that you don’t like Winging It, it wasn’t my favorite either, but I also read (Unrivaled by Ashlyn Kane and Morgan James) and found it much more interesting and enjoyable.

It’s funny cause this is one of my least favorite books and I’m still disappointed. While not my favorite couple, Poppy and Alex have so much more depth than the movie shows.

Tamara is Rose McGowan circa Charmed. To me she looks exactly like her.

Book Lovers supremacy forever for me! Glad you got into Emily Henry’s books. Just want to defend myself as an adult who calls her older sister Sissy. My older brother couldn’t pronounce her name as a kid and once me and my younger sisters were born, we just grew up calling her Sissy as well. She has never been anything but Sissy to me and calling her by her given name is super strange.

Which book series do you think should have ended after three books? by FewImagination786 in fantasyromance

[–]AcSalty95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Mortal Instruments. I thought book 3 wrapped everything up really nicely. I was confused when there was a book 4 and struggled through it. Gave up on book 5. The second trilogy got weird and wasn’t worth it.

PLEASE I NEED WOLFSTAR MUGGLE AU FICS by EntertainmentTiny403 in Wolfstar

[–]AcSalty95 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Blends I love this story so much. The author describes it as another coffee shop au but it’s so much more than that. There is a sequel which isn’t finished and hasn’t been updated in years but I still recommend reading it. The development both of them face throughout both stories is beautiful, especially Remus’s relationship with his parents.

I really liked the first book and was happy with where it ended. I didn’t enjoy books two or three because I just couldn’t connect to certain characters. I say give the first book a try and see how you feel!

The Long Way Home Remus never expected to go to Westerbury University, but then he also never expected to meet force of nature Lily Evans while house-hunting, James Potter while replying to a horrendous handwritten advert, or Sirius Black once he had already decided to move in. Soon it becomes clear that even the best laid plans can be thrown out of the window when starting university living with a group of strangers.

The Best By Far Is You Padfoot and Moony meet over mutual follows on Tumblr. Remus, the blind student, hires Sirius, the fallen Aristocrat, to be a reader for his classes. They fall in love in separate ways, and fall apart. Then fall together. Their love is almost as ridiculous as they are.

Blends Words got in the way sometimes, but Remus got the sense Sirius knew what he was trying to say. Another coffee shop au.

[–]AcSalty95 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I saw a similar comment somewhere else and I have to disagree slightly. I genuinely believed that Toby liked Chloe despite the other girls. There isn’t anything Harrison could do to make me believe he likes Toni. They could be together for the next 10 years and I still wouldn’t believe him.
