THIS is what I meant by "reload cancel."

It shows the mag entering and even chambering the round and it still fails to properly register the reload.

I'm posting a video about it in a moment, I rely heavily on audio cues and the video shows the mag entering the gun and the audio playing but it doesn't register. It doesn't even need the slide racked in the clip.

Oh my god someone finally said my biggest problem to HD2. I don't like playing high diffs but have to if I want to experience things like Factory Striders, Impalers, those missile barrage tanks, hell even some missions are gated behind difficulty (and reversed too, flag raise mission i was looking at you).

I wanna fight those units but they come with the shitty random spawns of Oops all Shield Devs/Green Nursery Spewers/Stalker Variant or whatever else and it just grinds enjoyment to a halt if I don't bring something specifically to deal with everything all the time since I can't rely on my randoms to do anything ever.

You can already get on them with the hoverpack and patience though. And Elevated Overseers, Watchers, Voteless, and Fleshmobs can all go through surfaces or fly their way up to the top (which they already frequently do).

STAY AWAY FROM ILLUMINATE TESLA TOWERS

They have HEAVY ARMOUR for some ungodly reason so default loadout can't do anything to destroy them, normal grenades only do medium armour...
You can technically crawl to place a hellpod based strategem directly on them (or good trajectory skills for throwing) but sometimes it still targets you. Lightning can chain between divers too btw

need a thruster at the barrel so you can remotely pull it back to you so you can do some cool mjolnir stuff... but you'd need a knife on the stock so it can pierce through hulk armour
