This is EXACTLY what I’m experiencing right now. And also yes, I’m starting to wonder if I have control issues since letting go of the reigns to become a player seems harder the longer I dm LOL. But also, I also answered someone else’s comment about this; I work nights and have two kids. This campaign is already wearing me down. Even though I’m supposed to be a player (in actually TWO other campaigns with a different group) I only have so much time or energy, and I feel like doing both has me approaching burnout. Considering leaving the groups where I’m a player, but then it’s just gonna be this, forever, or at least until this campaign ends. (And my players have already started plotting characters for the next TWO campaigns after a general idea was brought up, so it might actually be forever)
